Working with DMM, North Wales, we have developed 2 new alloy buckles which debut in the pack 04 line. These buckles are 18% lighter than their plastic equivalent. Furthermore, by using a T6 alloy they are very, very strong and once in position our alloy buckles 'lock' in place making them much more secure."
