Now read the color code in the window on the sliding head, this corresponds to the color coded webbing on the Lowe Alpine APS packs.
If the reading falls between two color lines, go for the nearest. If it falls exactly between, choose the lower color line. This will give a better adjustment for when the pack is loaded.
The color code represents a measurement from the 'hip point' to the seventh vertebra. To view these measurements please click.
