| Triplepoint fabric is waterproof,
windproof and breathable. We developed it for outer-layer apparel
in our Wilderness Travel and Mountain Activist ranges - applications
where fabric lightness and flexibility are important.
Triplepoint fabric uses multi-coating high
pressure technology, derived from the Triplepoint Ceramic manufacturing
process. The breathable coating is applied to special face fabrics,
selected for the particular garment. A Durable Water Repellency
(DWR) finish sheds water droplets that might otherwise hinder the
breathing process.

Triplepoint Ceramic is a waterproof, windproof, breathable fabric
developed to cope with the severe conditions likely to be met by
users of our Alpine Expedition apparel.
The manufacturing process involves multiple coatings and the introduction
of ceramic particles. Under high pressure, microscopic pores form
around the particles giving greater breathability. Additional technologies
(including Lowe Alpine's Dry
Yarn Technology) are also applied, guaranteeing performance
and durability.
