Indicated Prices

All the prices have to be intended VAT included. Delivery costs are not included.


Invoicing
Every order will be delivered togheter with the courier delivery documents plus invoice settled; the invoice will be the official document for the warranty validity.


Warranty
All products purposed by Lowe Alpine International Srl are covered by original warranty for defections in workmanship, following the DL 24/02 of italian law. Damages coming from improper use are not covered. If the damage is attributable to the normal use, the damaged parts are not covered by this warranty. If you want to be satisfied by the warranty, you simply have to contact costumer’s assistance service.


Withdrawal right
Lowe Alpine International Srl offers a warranty on the product purchased, and the costumer can exercise the withdrawal right. The Law (D. Lgs. N° 185/99) established a term inside which you can use the withdrawal right, quantified in 10 days from the receipt of goods. The usage of this warranty is very simple, and you only have to follow the below procedure:

• send an email to the address sales@lowealpine.it, and after this a notification letter, to be sent before 48 hours from the communication’s date.
Within the same term of ten work days from the date of receipt of goods, you should send back all the products in the same shape and conditions you’ve received them.
As soon as we get the items, and once verified their integrity, we’ll provide to repay the sum within 30 days throught bank transfer, where details (Bank’s name, agency, IBAN, etc.) need to be specified into the withdrawal letter.
In any case, all the delivery costs to/from the company are at your own charge.


Products Delivery

Deliveries

UPSAll our deliveries take place throught UPS Express Courier.
This grants the delivery of packages in 2/3 working days in almost all Italy’s terrirory, except for the minor islands, where there’s a little more to wait for the delivery.


Delivery cost is of only 8 Euros in all Italy’s territory, regardless the number of items purchased.
If at the delivery’s time nobody is at home, the courier will leave a paper notice; the courier will also make other 2 attempts of delivery during the next days, but in any case the costumer can take contacts for the delivery with the reference’s subsidiary.


Delivery time
Lowe Alpine International reserves one working day for the packaging and the execution of all the necessary administration forms. On this working day it needs to be counted the courier’s time for the delivery. Saturday, Sunday or public holiday days have not to be considered.

  • The products purchased are available in our italian warehouse and are delivered the same day or on the firs working day after receiving of the order.
  • Delivery should take place before 2/3 working days from receiving of the order.

Above mentioned timings are estimated timings, as the effective delivery depends on events or particular circumstances external to our organization, (Delivery’s delays of the courier, exceptional events, high-volume of traffic, summer or Christmas vacations, etc) and need to be intended from the order submission to the receipt of credit.


Payments
Payments can be executed throught credit card

In all the cases the payment is made in advance, before the order and good’s delivery.


Terms and conditions

Sale and purchaseof products featuredinto the website are governed by the D.L. 6 September 2005, n. 206, on the Consumer’s Code, and by the D.L. 9 April 2003 n.70, regarding Electronic Commerce.

How to Buy

 

Step 1: Add to Cart

To buy items on the site, just click on the 'Add to Cart' button on the Item Page.
Clicking on the 'Add to Cart' button will lead you to the Shopping Cart page. You may continue shopping on the site and keep adding the items to the Shopping Cart in this manner.

Once you have added all the items that you wish to buy to the Shopping Cart, click on the 'NEXT STEP' buttons on the Shopping Cart page to process the order. Before pressing this button to proceed, you can define a different shipping address.Please note that the Shopping Cart automatically puts all items from the same seller together, which enables you to process all those items as a single order. This also makes placing the order easier since you have to choose the Payment Method and specify the Shipping Details for all the items only once.



Step 2: Specify Order details

Clicking on the 'Buy Now' button will take you to the Order Details page.

    Order Details

    (1) Mention the quantity of the item that you wish to buy.

    (2) Also select other options that the seller may have provided. Example: If the seller is selling T-Shirts, he may ask you select the size, colour here.

    (3) Select a Payment Method from the drop down menu provided. All additional charges are mentioned beside each Payment Method. If you choose bobPay Online Bank Transfer, select from the bank options provided in the drop down. Also note the additional charge specified by sellers (in brackets), if any.

    Shipping Details

    Mention the delivery address here. Specify accurate Name, Postal Address, Postal/Zip Code, City, Country and Telephone Numbers.

    Depending on the delivery address that you have provided, the seller may charge you for the delivery. If your delivery address is not within South Africa, you will need to get in touch with the seller for the Delivery Charges.

    If you would like to update your profile on bidorbuy with these delivery details, select the check box next to 'Update my contact details'. If you wish to gift this item, mention your message for the recipient in the text box provided.

    Click on the 'NEXT' button to confirm your order. If you are buying multiple items using the Shipping Cart and if for any reason you do not wish to place this order, click on the 'Shopping Cart' button to continue with other orders.



Step 3: Confirm and Submit order

Clicking on the 'Next' button will lead you to the Order Confirmation page. Confirm the Order Details and Payment Methods here. Also check how your Shipping Charge and COD cost is calculated by clicking on the respective 'View Calculation' links. Confirm all these details and click on 'Submit Order'.

If you have selected bobPay (Credit Card or Online Bank Transfer) Payment Method, you will need to make the payment on the next page.

Once you have submitted the order, you will receive an email giving you the order and seller details. Contact the seller if required and collect your item. If you are buying multiple items using the Shopping Cart, click on the 'Shopping Cart' button to continue with other orders.
