WARRANTIES

Lowe Alpine Guarantees all of its products against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. If it is defective, you have certain statutory rights with the store who sold the product to you.
In addition to those rights, if there is a defect in manufacture we will repair or replace the product at our option. Your statutory rights are not affected by this warranty.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents or misuse, nor does it cover the natural breakdown of materials which occur over extended use and time. (e.g. zipper failure or fabric abrasion).
Repairs due to accident, improper care, negligence or wear and tear, where Lowe Alpine is not at fault, will be made at a reasonable charge.

ORDER RETURNS

If one of our products has a defect in manufacture, please return your product to the store you bought it from. The store will advise you and take care of the return.
If this is not possible, please follow the below procedure.
a) Contact Direct Sales Customer Service by email (info@lowealpine.com) or by phone (contact us).
b) Give us all the details of the return and ask for a Return Authorisation Number.
c) Write this RA number clearly on the outside of the box and include a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why.
d) Ship the carton to the following address:

IMPORTANT
Without Return Authorization Number your return cannot be processed.
In respect for the workers who handle your return, garments need to be clean; please wash the garment before mailing it.
Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Lowe Alpine cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
The return product will be evaluated and we will decide whether we can exchange or repair it.


1) Return of products you have just received through an Internet or Mail Order
We enclose a return form in every mail order package (return slip attached to invoice). Please take a minute to fill out this form to tell us if you want an exchange, repair, credit or refund. If you do not have the return form any longer, include a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Patagonia cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

Please provide a copy of your receipt for a full refund; without a receipt we will issue a Credit Note.

If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt. The credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) and freight when shipped. If we cannot exchange the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a Credit Note.

2) Quality returns
If one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, please return your product to the store you bought it from. The store will advise you and take care of the return.
